The GPS check-in feature is used solely to verify that providers are at their assigned facility at the start of a shift. Location data is collected only when you actively initiate a check-in — we do not track your location in the background or outside of the check-in process. Location data is stored as geographic coordinates associated with the specific check-in event.
You may decline to use the GPS check-in feature. Your facility or account manager can advise on alternative check-in methods if needed.
HSP monitors and ingests email communications from company-managed email accounts (e.g., accounts ending in @hospitalstaffingpartners.com) for the following purposes:
Automated PII redaction is applied to ingested emails to minimize exposure of sensitive personal data. HSP staff access to the communications timeline is governed by role-based permissions — only staff with a legitimate business need (assigned account managers, credentialers, or administrators) can view a given provider's email history.
We also send automated email campaigns including onboarding reminders, credential expiration notices, and service announcements. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by contacting us.
Our Platform uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. We may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Our Platform is designed for use by healthcare professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox during account setup, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Hospital Staffing Partners. The SMS consent checkbox is separate from, and not a condition of, agreement to our Terms of Service. You may also opt in by texting START to 813-797-7217.
Messages are limited to transactional and conversational communications between Hospital Staffing Partners staffing coordinators and you, including: shift availability and confirmations, schedule changes, contract status updates, credential expiration reminders, timesheet and payroll matters, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional content. Message frequency varies based on your active assignments, typically 2 to 20 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hospital Staffing Partners does not charge for sending or receiving SMS.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts from us unless you opt back in. You may also manage SMS preferences in your account settings at hospitalstaffingpartners.com/app/profile.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed in all areas.
